Fall

• Inspect heat exchanger in gas furnace
• Inspect blower assembly
• Inspect flue pipe for proper venting
• Test safety controls/limits
• Inspect ductwork for air leaks
• Clean burners and burner compartment
• Inspect evaporator coil
• Check/adjust gas pressure
• Test heating elements/limit switches
• Cycle heat for proper operation
• Provide a written report of inspection including findings and recommendations
